INGREDIENTS
1 can diced tomatoes (or you can use diced fresh tomato)
2 avocados, cubed
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 red onion, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Juice from 1 small lime
3/4 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper (adjust to taste)
